My current definition of 1.2 stands as "well-tested (via the testing
framework) and well-documented". While this is most certainly up for
debate and amendment, I'm going to be using it as my working definition
until that changes. The most important point here is still what's a
minimum usable subset of 1.1 that needs to go through the process.

I realize most people on the list are pressed for time because of 2.0
work and the TTX among other things. Since the 1.2 definition really
needs to get started however I'd like to get an hour out of those of you
with insight into what components are form a critical minimum threshold
for the release. It doesn't have to be the same hour, and I'm able to
meet or chat to accommodate people's schedules. Email might work too,
but since this list has been rather silent so far, undivided attention
might be better. Your choice, but I need your input.

While no one expects 1.2 to be out Feb. 11, we'd like to be able to show
progress, and I'm going to want to be able to point people to a web page
that tracks further progress, so the ball needs to be rolling by that date.
