[Tinyos-2.0wg] criterion for adding a sensorboard into tinyos-2.x

What (if any) is/are the criterion for adding a sensorboard into the tree?

Question driver: code for a weather board (7-8 sensors total) that we
are using in the sensorscope project. i would like to check it in
somewhere but am not sure if the right place is contrib or tinyos-2.x
(though leaning toward contrib, if only to seed it..)
