[Tinyos Core WG] msp430 i2c

FYI, I checked in an msp430 implementation of the tinyos-2.x i2c interface.

This will probably have to change to accommodate Vlado's proposed usart 
stack changes. I was waiting to check them in after those changes get 
finalized, but that process is taking a bit longer than expected and 
there has been some demand for an i2c driver on the msp430.
