TEP 109 currently "takes no position on the meaning of the values
returned by sensor drivers" on HIL and I thought this also was our
last agreement. On the other hand for some of the applications (Sense,
Oscilloscope...) it would be quite useful to have a DeviceMetadata
interface. I suggest to put one more sentence in the TEP saying that
all (but only) DemoSensor[Now|Stream]C components SHOULD provide
DeviceMetadata, and then the demo apps could show the most significant
bits.
