Permissions

Read access cannot be restricted: This limitation is imposed to ensure
all code is available to the public per the spirit of the Open Source
Definition. No means is provided nor supported to restrict anonymous
access to a project's SVN repository.

Access for project developers: Developer SVN access is only provided
to project members who have been granted 'Allow access to SVN
repository (developer access)' on the developer permissions page.
Project administrators can enable/disable SVN access entirely to a
project developer with this setting. Developers without this enabled
will have to use anonymous SVN access.

No means is provided to limit access to a repository on a per-path basis.

So, two obvious options:
- stick with CVS
- create a separate tinyos2 sourceforge project
