I've finished testing the micaz. I tried testing under cygwin, and ran
into two problems:

1) nesc1 (from the 1.2.7 RPM) would not run: it could not find function
'basename.' Installing from source worked fine.

2) tos-bsl (from the tools RPM) could not find MSVCR71.dll. Installing it
from CVS did not solve this problem (I was testing telos-micaz
interoperability).

If everyone else's tests with the RPM were successful, I'm going to tweak
it a bit for the -2. Regenerate the tinyos.jar, include the missing test
applications, adjust the install instructions, etc. I'm just waiting on
notification from other people that their testing is done.
