Trying to make tinyos.jar in the devel branch, I found this bit in my
environment:
$ ncc -print-tosdir
/home/degay/motes/2.x/tos

Any ideas?

The upshot is that serial.h isn't found (probably among other things).
I'm going to try remaking the tools (since we need to do that anyway)
and see if my ncc is better behaved.
