[Tinyos-2.0wg] beta2

All of the tinyos tinyos-tools rpms/source are uploaded, linked, blah blah blah.

As you know, in the past I have written short stories to post on
tinyos.net for the releases. However, I think someone else (Phil?)
should write the beta2 story because I'm not appropriately in-the-know
about what is in the beta2 release.

Once a story is written, I'll link the 'lastest 2.x beta release' on
the download page to the correct story with a beta2 version number.
