Take a look in the usual spot:
www.tinyos.net/dist-2.0.0/tinyos/

(the tools and nesc are actually in the parallel dist-1.2.0 directory
and linked to 2.0.0.)

The branch is tagged with rel 3. I merged the changes in the
tools/release files into the devel branch, but no files other than
tools/release.
