No, or at least, not yet. David Gay won't be able to call in (he's at  
EPFL). The goal of discussing 103 in the call isn't to resolve the  
issues that have been raised, but rather to keep the WG in touch with  
what's going on. Let's let the email discussion (which is much better  
documented, and easier for others who have implemented flash systems  
to chime in on) continue a bit more before crossing over to voice.

That being said, I think you're right that engaging the community  
more actively than on mailing lists is definitely a good idea.  
Hopefully the discussion will continue and get a few more people  
involved. Then maybe David G., David M., Jonathan, Ramesh and a few  
others can have a telecon to discuss the issues and reach consensus.  
My sense is that flash is a big enough deal that there may be others  
who have thoughts/comments, and getting all of them is desirable.
