[Tinyos Core WG] Test Apps don't compile

FYI,

The following tests in the 'apps' directory don't compile.  Are some
deprecated?

TestSleep - Missing HplSleepC (did not compile on TelosB)
TestTrickleTimer - Not documented, preprocessor failed (did not compile on
TelosB)
TestPowerManager - No power management policy (did not compile on TelosB)
TestTreeRouting - LinkEstimator errors (did not compile on TelosB)
RadioStress - RadioCountMsg errors (did not compile on TelosB)
