I gave David Moss access to the 2.x -devel branch so he can check in  
bug fixes for the CC2420 LPL stack.

Based on the number of mistaken checkins as the release approached  
(whether to checkin on -devel or HEAD), I removed commit access to  
the 2.x HEAD. There were a couple of situations where people by  
accident checked things in on HEAD, which then didn't merge right,  
etc. Anyone and everyone should feel free to enable write access (or  
if you can't, just ping me to give you write access). The purpose of  
this is to prevent innocent mistakes from making the repository  
complex to figure out, rather than prevent people from committing.
