I'm thinking of buttons in game controllers that respond differently  
depending on how hard you push them (pressure sensitive). They're  
analog in the sense that they aren't simply on/off.

I bring this up because some people here at Stanford are exploring  
the idea of using TinyOS as a user interface prototyping platform,  
and they definitely deal with analog buttons.
