[Tinyos Core WG] Power Management Tutorial

I am thinking of changing this to more of a "Resource Management
Tutorial" which includes how to power a device on/off in the absence
of one of the default power managers.  For one, a tutorial on using
non-virtualized resources seems to be missing, and secondly, the
process of actually powering a device on and off is pretty tirival.
Are there any objections?
