[Tinyos Core WG] Meeting: 10/25/06

I may not be able to call in to the meeting tomorrow as I have a
meeting that I can't avoid.

I just checked in an outline of the storage tutorial with the intro
section complete and will flesh out the remaining sections in the next
couple of days.
