a few minor tweaks made to repository:
- added demo sensor to mts300
- removed apps/tests/TestSerial/README (there was an identical README.txt there)
- change cc1000_lpl's default frequency to match that of cc1000

Unrelated note: remember to compile the Java code in the apps for the
distribution rpm (did we do this last time?):
- apps/tests/TestSerial: need TestSerial.class, TestSerialMsg.class
- apps/*Oscilloscope/java: need java/oscilloscope.jar
- apps/AntiTheft: need java/antitheft.jar
- apps/RadioCountToLeds/RadioCountMsg.class
- apps/RadioSenseToLeds/RadioSenseMsg.class
