I think so. The GPL raises issues people might not be aware of, and
we really want to make it clear. I think that having a second index,
which states this issues at the top, would be ideal. Ideally, both
would have a link from the tinyos.net front page. E.g.. Tinyos-2.x
Extensions and TinyOS-2.x Extensions (GPL).
