[Tinyos Core WG] safe tinyos test release

Hi folks-

We've put a test release of Safe TinyOS here:

   http://www.cs.utah.edu/~regehr/safe_tinyos/

Apologies for the delay, various people have been sick and/or traveling. 
  So far it's tested just on Ubuntu feisty and gutsy.

Perhaps we should discuss this some time later than this coming Weds, to 
give people a chance to try it out?
