[Tinyos Core WG] Meeting notes online

We really need everyone to take a good look at TEP2 by next meeting.  It is
very critical that we get this TEP right since it defines the architecture
within which all T2 components have been (or should have been) designed.
Vlado and Jan ask that everyone take an especially close look at section 6
(HIL alignment) and give comments not only on its content but on the general
nomenclature used.
