[Tinyos Core WG] Meeting: 1/3

Unfortunately, no one from TU Berlin will be able to make the call. Both Jan
and I are still on vacation, out of Berlin. Jan has sent the modified TEP
101 to the list. As far as I understood it the changes were signed off by
the external reviewer.
