[Tinyos Core WG] Meeting: 1/31

I will send out another revised version of the TEP tonight with comments
from Vlado integrated in.  Please read this one in preparation for next
weeks meeting.  Also, I would be interested in working on getting the canned
version of the tinyos environment set up.  In the notes it doesn't go into
detail about what was discussed in the meeting (it just says <discussion of
tech issues related to doing this>).  Can someone give me an overview of
what was discussed?
