[Tinyos Core WG] MSP430 timer stack

Well, there is a bug actually. Andreas left the DCO target set at 4096000 Hz
instead 4194304 (4*1024*1024). I will fix that. I am playing with enabling
the DCOR on the Tmote Sky for better stability. Should we define a proper
new tmote platform to put the modified files, or should I make this default
for  "telosb" (knowing that some telosb clones do not have the ROSC)?
