Ok, retested. Summary:

Passed: AntiTheft, BaseStation, Blink, Null, Oscilloscope, Powerup,
RadioCountToLeds, RadioSenseToLeds, tests/storage, tests/TestAdc,
tests/TestAM, tests/TestArbiter, tests/TestDissemination,
tests/TestLPL, tests/TestSerial
Not tested: MultihopOscilloscope, tests/TestNetwork
Not applicable: tests/cc2420, tests/deluge, tests/TestSimComm,
tests/TestSimTimer

Tutorial: unchanged since 2.0.1, when it was decreed non-insane.
Applications: tests/storage/* READMEs fixed to use LED numbers.
AntiTheft, tests/storage, tests/TestLPL have READMEs and follow TEP 3.

We should decide if it's README or README.txt - we have a fairly
random mix as it is (I vote for the latter to keep Windows users
happy).

David
