Things look mostly good on telosb.

BaseStation: Pass
BaseStationCC2420: Pass
Blink: Pass
MultihopOscilloscope: Pass
Null: Pass
Oscilloscope: Pass
Powerup: Pass
RadioCountToLeds: Pass
RadioSenseToLeds: Pass
tests/cc2420: Pass -- see Phil L's comments.
tests/Deluge: No Pass

- Lack of READMEs made it difficult to test.

- Injecting a tos_image.xml file from telosb gives an error. A 
tos_image.xml file from a micaz build works fine.
