[Tinyos Core WG] first cut at 2.0.2 RPM up

Currently the RPMs only require nesc1.2.7; assuming the 1.2.9 RPM is  
ready and stable, I will make that the requirement for the final  
versions of the RPMs.

If everyone could install these and make sure that no files are  
missing, that would be great. Platform testers need to rerun their  
tests.
