[Tinyos Core WG] Time to switch CC1000 radio stack to lpl versionin T2?

I think it sounds like a good idea.  We should also verify the functionality
of the cc1000_lpl stack to make sure it's still stable and good to go.

Title says it all, really. David, any objection to doing the cc1000 ->
cc1000_old, cc1000_lpl -> cc1000 switch now? (might actually be better
to just change which version the platforms point to)
