The problem lies with TinyOS 2.x
With TinyOS 1.x, specifically the CountSleep application in
tinyos-1.x/apps/CountRadio, compiled with 'make tmote' yields:
8.84uA
9.01uA
8.94uA
on three randomly chosen RoHS motes without sensors at 3.15V supply
(two brand-new batteries). The current consumption is about 1.5uA
lower at 2.7V supply.
You should check your initialization routine for TinyOS 2.x, sounds
like hardware pin configuration problem to me.
