Did another MicaZ OEM power measurement with the radio explicitly turned on
and back off (permanently) after boot.  This isn't the null app, but should
be pretty close.

avg. mA = 0.07 mA (70 uA).  
1.6 mAh/day.

Without explicitly shutting the radio off, the average null app power
consumption was 0.3 mA.
