If you change a core interface, please remember to update the null
platform. In this case, changing the GeneralIO broke the null platform
Leds implementation. The point of "null" is to have a target platform
for mig generation. It's helpful if regular applications can build
(but of course not run) for this platform, as it means that mig can be
applied to a .nc file for cases where a .h file cannot be compiled
standalone because of complex dependencies.
Also, Phil: maybe someone should be in charge of testing that stuff
builds for the null platform during testing phases?
