[Tinyos Core WG] autobuilded t2 docs

I am now copying all docs to 

http://www.btnode.ethz.ch/static_docs/tinyos-2.x/

on every build. Either you link to there from t.net or we regularly scp the
stuff to the us. The server has a pretty good uptime and is managed by our
it support. So for me it does not matter. It's a no-fuss solution that
works.

And for the sake of diskspace I will remove the docs from the artifacts
publishing in a separate dir on every build (creates 45 MB of docs on every
build!)
