[Tinyos Core WG] Meeting

It was suppose to be the end of March. That apparently didn't happen,  
but the IT department in Berkeley has requested repeatedly that we  
replace scoop with something else so they can upgrade Apache to 2.0  
and patch the rest of the system, to comply with security guidelines.
