[Tinyos Core WG] RC4 testing

All the tests listed under rc3 were done from cvs just before the rc4
was cut.  There is one outstanding problem there with one of the
storages test applications.  I can rerun the tests if need be, but
they were done essentially done with rc4.  I wont be able to get to
them until next week though as I'm visitng my parents and only have
one mote with me.
