[Tinyos Core WG] Java version

Even if we agree on 1.6, there is still one more question to clear. As far
as I know on F9 one has to use either the openjdk (the open sourced sun
distribution that is still not declared as 100% java compatible) or the
Jproject compat packages + the normal (closed source) java SDK rpms.
