[Tinyos Core WG] release tagged

 For whatever reason the 64-bit live Fedora 9 CD does not boot on my machine
and I don't have access to another box that I can freely reboot (our
desktops are constantly running distributed simulations). Unfortunately this
means that I can not build the tools RPMs...
