I'll make RPMs for XP as soon as I know what version of Cygwin to run.
I'm hunting for a Vista box I can use-- have been asking around but no
results yet.
I checked our deputy spec file into tools/release. Doubtless this is
not the right location in the long run (or medium run...) but for 2.1
it's expedient. I'll take it out later.
