[Tinyos Core WG] release tagged

The i386 Fedora RPMs are cut and attached to this page on the core WG wiki
(I did not know where to put them):

http://tinyos.stanford.edu:8000/tinyos_2.1_test_RPMs

The modified spec and build scripts have been committed on HEAD (see notes
on the wiki)

It would be great if someone can test those RPMs on a clean machine.

I am leaving on vacation, and I will not have internet access in the next
2-3 days. I hope I did not introduce many bugs :)
