[Tinyos Core WG] finalizing TEP 2

hello all,

i had discussion with a couple people and sent out review requests to
adam dunkels and iuliana bacivarov. below is the response adam gave me.
basically we are fine but maybe it would be worthwhile to include the
example he is talking about!

any more comments on TEP2 from the rest of the crowd? any volunteers who
want to contribute the example?

Hi,

I made a quick read-through and while I think I got the general message 
of it, I think one concrete example of a HIL/HAL/HPL stack would 
significantly increase the ease of understanding the document.

Is there any particular reason why the Strong/Real HILs aren't just 
called Strong HILs?
