[Tinyos Core WG] micaz issues

It looks like previously broken apps work on the micaz now, except for  
BaseStation. The problem there is that the default stack sizes cause  
it to require 5K of RAM, so it doesn't boot. Adjusting them makes it  
work. Mike and/or Kevin are going to check in the fixes. Then all we  
need are telosb results and eyes thread tests, and we should be good.

Brano -- I reran the FTSP tests and they seem to be working fine now.  
I tried 3 nodes, rebooting them in all kinds of different ways, and it  
was solid. Sorry for the false alarm.
