[Tinyos Core WG] tos-install-jni needs a fix?

Sorry for the wide broadcast... I'm not sure who owns this script and 
I'm not a shell programmer.  Note the strange error below from 
tos-install-jni.  Perhaps an "==" in this script wants to become "eq"?
