[Tinyos Core WG] 2.1 release plans

I'll kill these warnings tonight.  Upgrading your nesC won't help with them.

Options seem to be (1) filter out warnings on these temp vars based on 
some naming convention or (2) using CPP to def out the temp vars when 
compiling w/o Safe TinyOS.

Neither is pretty but I'm leaning towards the latter.
