Apps that don't use the timers seem to compile fine. It seems that
the timer registers are named differently on the atm1281 as on the
atm128. I see the components defined for these defined in
tos/chips/atm1281 though, and adding threading support to them should
be trivial (just put the postamble at the bottom of the handlers).
I'll do this in the next few hours and post back.
