[Tinyos Core WG] Meeting: 5/28 (another full agenda)

OK, I did the necessary changes, and everything compiles fine.  I
don't have any iris's to test with though, so once things are checked
in, someone with iris's will ahve to verify that all the test apps
compile and run.
