[Tinyos Core WG] timesync/timestamping

hi,

i checked in timesync/timestamping support for cc2420 based platforms 
(teps 132,133). most changes are in tos/chips/cc2420 and in 
tos/platforms/.../{ActiveMessageC,TimeSyncMessageC}.

the test application (apps/tests/TestFTSP) compiles with all cc2420 
platforms (micaz,telosa,telosb,tmote,shimmer, and intelmote2)

i tested it with micaz and kmote(telosb).
