[Tinyos Core WG] Testing apps

There are 5 test apps for TKN15.4 under apps/tests/tkn154, they are
all documented with a README.txt and compile for telosb (only). At
least one of them should be added to the test suite (e.g.
apps/tests/tkn154/TestDATA).
