[Tinyos Core WG] I-Frames on the CC2420

Phil,
I have adopted the 6lowpan implementation of the RF230 to use the
TFRAMES_ENABLED option. It defaults to I-frames, and also support the
NonTinyosReceive interface as in CC2420. Everything is checked in, and
should work.
Janos,
Could you please verify that the IRIS and MICAZ can still communicate
after this change, both with and without the "tframe" option? For some
reason my test scripts cannot access the MICAZ mote connected to the
test box.
