[Tinyos Core WG] code freeze waiting on TDA5250

It looks like Andreas added some code for the LNDW demo here, but forgot a
#ifdef guard in Tda5250RadioP.nc. Since he is in China for the rest of the
week, I reverted the files to their previous versions. You can tag the
repository now.
