[Tinyos Core WG] [Tinyos-devel] cc2420 radio stack and deputy

Do I have permissions to upload new versions to tinyos.net?  If so 
that'll be easiest.

Vlado volunteered to make Fedora packages but unless he's interested in 
doing that in the long run we'll need to get a Fedora box going at 
Utah... shouldn't be a problem but it's not going to happen in the 
immediate future.
