[Tinyos Core WG] fresh online docs

hi all,

a set of freshly compiled online docs are available here if anyone wants
to have a look:

http://www.btnode.ethz.ch/static_docs/tinyos-2.x

maybe if it is better to keep the docs of every release on
www.tinyos.net you can simply add a link to the "running target" eg. CVS
HEAD that i publish? alternatively i can also copy them over to wherever
you want them to be. but i remember phil and I starting at this a while
ago and never finishing the task. so maybe it's ok the way it is!?
