Blink and the rest work for us.

What is your host platform?

Hack your avr.rules so that NCC_SAFE_TINYOS_FLAGS includes this:

   --save-temps=build/$(PLATFORM)

Then send me app.cil.c, which is the deputy output.

It would be nice to fix the warnings but we're not worrying about them yet.
