[Tinyos Core WG] TinyOS stats

Since August 5, there have been 10,416 unique downloads of TinyOS 2.1  
RPMs from the Berkeley server. So over 35 weeks, 10,416 downloads,  
approximately another 300 downloads/week. So a total average of ~750  
downloads a week.
